The villa is situated on Thesen Islands Marina in Knysna a private estate with gated entrance and 24 hour access control.
It’s one of the few units that is situated on a private beach. It consists of three bedrooms of which two have queen-sized beds and one has a king-sized bed, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven, washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher.
There is an open-plan dining room and lounge with DStv. The third bedroom and bathroom makes up a flatlet with its own kitchenette and has a sleeper couch in the lounge. There is under-floor heating throughout the house and a gas fireplace.
Off the deck is a private jetty, which can be used for boating and fishing. The house is within walking distance from all amenities. The estate also has two tennis courts, a squash court and childrens playground.
